Returns Policy

We've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. If you wish to return or exchange your product, simply contact us at info@inicio23.online within 14 days of your purchase. You'll receive store credit or an exchange by providing your order number for a return merchandise authorization and return address. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Here are the key points of our return policy:

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days.
  2. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
  3. For hygiene reasons, earrings (and other pierced jewelry) cannot be returned.
  4. Your item must be returned with its original box and all supporting paperwork, including any GRA or IGI certificates or gemstone grading reports.
  5. The jewelry must not be missing any of its original diamonds or gemstones.
  6. The jewelry must not have been altered by any other jeweler or individual.
  7. Custom jewelry, personalized items, or engraved items are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package, and refunds will be issued to your original payment account.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Even if you received free or discounted shipping, we bear the original shipping cost for every order. As a customer, you are responsible for covering the return costs for your item.

Received the wrong item

If you received the wrong item, email us at info@inicio23.online, and we'll promptly send out your replacement.

Damaged order

Our jewelry is rigorously inspected before shipping and upon return, meeting legal standards for quality assurance.

Did your item arrive damaged or different from what you expected? Email us at info@inicio23.online, and we'll send out your replacement immediately.

If you're considering a return, follow these steps:

  1. Within 48 hours of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you prefer a return or replacement.
  2. We'll review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  3. If approved, we'll provide store credit or resend the item. You may also be asked to return the product.
  4. For damaged items, we require photographic or video evidence, along with a written explanation, to process any claims or returns effectively.

Order not arrived yet and want to cancel

Due to high demand and logistics efficiency,  we guarantee dispatch within 1-2 business days , we cannot guarantee the exact shipping date.

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances during transit, which are often beyond our control.
